Weight Loss and a Healthy Life

Welcome to my new blog. I decided that this might be a good way to keep me accountable in my eating habits in order to lose some unwanted weight and to start feeling better. A new year is a good time to begin this journey. I love food, especially sugar. I LOVE pastries...has anyone ever had the ear claw from Panera Bread or scones from Starbuck's?? Excellent! Now that I have your mouth watering, it is time to start thinking about cutting back on all that stuff. Not totally eliminating them, but just not eating that kind of food everyday.

Today is New Year's Eve so starting tomorrow, I am starting fresh. I will certainly stumble along the way but I am only human. I am determined to be successful this time. I know I can do it. I get discouraged quite easily though. I also have fibromyalgia which really discourages me big time! But that is even more reason for me to get healthy. Thanks in advance for sharing in this journey with me. It will certainly be a challenge. Now, let's do it!
